Anastasia Island - The Humble Island

Anastasia Island is truly a remarkable sight for the eyes. It is a barrier island and contains such communities as St. Augustine Beach, Crescent Beach, and Butler Beach. This is why Anastasia is the humble island.

Anastasia Island is humble in a sense that many of the people living here are calm and enjoy the time they spend around here. You can go to the beach, go to Church, or visit the park. St. Anastasia Church is a Catholic Church that is large and exquisite. It fits thousands and has many beautiful stained glass windows. The Anastasia State Park has many enjoyable activities such as swimming, fishing, hiking, boating, canoeing, wind surfing, and plenty more. Nearby are places where you can rent kayaks, canoes, sailboards, and paddleboats. There is always something fun and exciting at the state park.
